Eccles Associates is now owned and managed by Radika Eccles. Ms. Eccles has a strong business background with more than 13 years experience in marketing in the area of financial services in the US and in Southern Africa. She has been instrumental in driving the strategic direction of the firm and is managing the consulting practice of the business. Her background includes extensive work in South Africa and the Southern Africa region at Mastercard International and American Express in New York. She was responsible for driving the profitability of the card companies' businesses and handling relationships with the largest banks in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Mauritius, Kenya, Zambia, Botswana, Malawi and Mozambique. She developed, introduced and positioned new innovative products such as stored value and debit products to the Southern African market. She has lived in Brazil and is proficient in Portuguese and has good knowledge of Spanish.

Radika Eccles resides in New York. She holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from the J.L Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
