Eccles Associates has been elected by the Telecomunicações de Moçambique to peform a feasibility study and prepare a business plan on Very Small Aperture Systems (VSAT) for the Telecommunications Authority in Mozambique. Following, this, Eccles was hired to review, manage and evaluate the tender documents and procedures and initiate the tender process and selection for award of the VSAT contract.
